Kindergarten
Phyl’s Academy Preparatory School is a co-ed school that admits eligible students of any race, color, creed, religion, national or ethnic origin.
Tours are given by appointment from 9am – 12pm daily. Parents will be given a recommendation form to be filled by the administrator of the student’s previous school.
When we receive the recommendation by mail we will call you to schedule a testing evaluation date for your student. All prospective Kindergarten students are required to take this entrance exam. An appointment for the parent interview will be set up at that time & the test results will be discussed during the meeting.
After the testing process is completed, a placement interview is conducted to ensure that the needs of each student will be fully met in the class where he/she is placed. Students’ academic skills and conduct are observed during the admission process.
Please set up a Registration appointment to complete the application and submit applicable fees and required forms. The following will be needed:
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Form – Physical Health and Immunization
- Health Insurance (proof of)
- Please bring credit/debit cards; money order, or Certified check
