Safety

Phyl’s Academy is committed to ensure the security and safety of every child entrusted to our care. The building is secured by a system that can be operated electronically and remotely.

In accordance with Federal Occupational Safety & Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, Phyl’s has a Safety Committee in place.

There is a defined plan for the pickup and drop off of the children. Every parent will be issued a picture ID which must be displayed when entering the building. No child will be given to anyone but the parent, unless the parent follows the procedures set out in our guidelines.

All visitors must register at the front desk before entering the school.

The students are always supervised on the campus, or when they are doing classes off campus. Phyl’s Academy works very closely with the Clayton County Sheriff’s Office.
