Application Checklist
Pre-School Application Checklist
Tours are given by appointment from 9:30am - 11:30 am daily. You will be required to fill out a basic form at this time. An appointment for the parent interview and Student Evaluation will be set up at this time.
Please set up a Registration appointment to return the application, applicable fees and required forms. The following will be needed.
- Birth Certificate
- Medical Form
- Health Insurance (proof of)
- Permanent Record Request Form
- Uniform Order Form
- Enrollment Forms
- Please bring credit/debit cards; money order, or Certified check.
The application will be released upon your students acceptance into our program.
Kindergarten - 8th Grade Application Checklist
Tours are given by appointment from 9:30am - 11:30am daily. You will be required to fill out a basic form at this time. Parents will be given a recommendation form to be filled by the administrator of the student's previous school.
When we receive the recommendation by mail we will call you to schedule a testing evaluation date for your student. An appointment for the parent interview will be set up at that time & the test results will be discussed during the meeting.
